SZL series coal fired steam boiler is a new type of water tube assembled boiler independently developed by Fangkuai and integrating the advantages of bulk boiler arches. It cleverly applies the water-cooled arch technology and membrane water wall technology of the combustion system of large chain grate boilers to assembled boilers. The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled wall tubes, downcomers, and headers. The upper and lower drums are arranged vertically. The combustion equipment adopts a chain-belt chain grate and is driven by a stepless transmission device. The boiler body consists of vertical upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. Water-cooled walls are arranged around the combustion chamber, and the front and rear arches are made of water-cooled walls as the skeleton is poured with refractory castables, so the service life of the furnace arch is longer. The left and right sides of the main body are full-membrane water-cooled wall structures, the boiler is well sealed, and the heat dissipation loss is small, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
